Arin Belden - Director of Girls Coaching, Girls U18/U17 Head Coach

Coach Belden is a Class of 2000 Warsaw High School graduate and currently works as a 5th grade Special Education Teacher at Ellis B. Hyde Elementary School in Dansville, NY.  Arin has been the Dansville Girls Varsity Soccer Coach since 2008 where she has actively turned the girls soccer program around in a short period of time.  Coach Belden is also in her 7th year as the Asst. Womens Basketball Coach at Monroe Community College where she was part of 2 National Championship Teams in 2005 & 2006.

     Arin's own sports career speaks to the calibre of coaching and direction she applies currently to both her duties at the Dansville Central School District as well as Director of Girls Coaching for FC Dansville. She was a 3 sport athlete (soccer, basketball, softball) at Warsaw High School, leading her soccer team to a Section V title in 1995 and 3 Section V titles and a State Final 4 appearance in softball.  She attended Monroe Community College for 2 years playing soccer, basketball and softball helping win 2 national championships while playing at MCC (soccer 2001 and basketball 2001).  Arin was selected as a 1st team Adidas All-American for soccer in 2001 and 1st team All-American in softball 2001 & 2002.   Arin was named the Monroe Community College Female athlete of the year recipient in 2001 and 2002 and NJCAA athlete of the year in 2002.

     Coach Belden went on to play at William Smith College where she helped advance her team to the NCAA Division III soccer Final 4 in 2003.  She finished her collegiate career at SUNY Geneseo and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Psychology.  Arin earned her Masters Degree and Elementary/Special Education Teaching Certification from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007.  She was subsequently inducted as a member of the Monroe Community College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007 and the Warsaw Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010.

Brad Ervin - Girls U16/GU15 Head Coach


Coach Ervin is a Class of 2005 graduate from Elmira Free Academy.  He currently works as a School Psychologist for the district, with his office being located in the High School.  2014 was Coach Ervin's first season as the Dansville Girls Junior Varsity Soccer Coach.  Coach Ervin previously served as the assistant coach for the Varsity Boys Soccer team at Avoca CSD.  


Brad attended St. John Fisher College where he was a 3-year starter on the Cardinals Men’s squad. Throughout his career at Fisher, Brad played various positions with defense being his passion.  During these years, Brad earned 2nd team acknowledgements in addition to honorable mentions for his defensive abilities.  Consequently, Brad brings a highly defensive mindset to his coaching philosophy.  Within this philosophy, Brad stresses the importance of players maintaining correct positioning, a team mindset, communication, and appropriate defensive form when faced with on-on-one situations. 


Coach Ervin is excited about being part of the Dansville Soccer team and has high hopes for the program in the near future. FC Dansville welcomes Brad to our coaching staff and wish him the best as he actively takes part in furthering our overall soccer program! 


 Ryan Doerr - Girls U14/U13 Head Coach

     Ryan is a 2009 Dansville HS graduate who was a star standout in Soccer & Basketball.  She played as a Midfielder for Finger Lakes Community College and received Exceptional Senior honors in her final year. Ryan is the current Girls Modified Soccer Coach and works actively with each of the younger developmental groups and their coaches.  She is a natural with her young players and does a great job helping coordinate the feeder program for Dansville High School Girls Soccer Program.  Ryan has her USSF National E License course through NYSWYSA.

 Kyle Lee - Girls U12/U11 Head Coach
     Kyle has served as head coach for the U10/U09 group for nearly two years and has done the program proud.  He moves up this year to take the reigns of the U12/U11 age group. He started with very little soccer experience however took the initiative and completed his National E License in 2011.  he has two daughters in our program and moonlights by day in the power utility and construction field as an assistant vice-president.


 Malcolm Jarvis - Girls 09/U10 Head Coach
     Malcolm joins us with a tremendous background in developmental youth soccer as takes the reigns of our youngest competitive squad much in the same way that the English Premiership handles its youth futbol training. Malcolm hails from Herne Bay in Kent, England having played for Herne United and the Beltinge Sports Club.  Malcolm's youth coaching and referee experience spans several decades in Dansville, Canaseraga and Wayland.  In 2008 he was at the helm of the Canaseraga Lady Indians Class DD Section V title win and also holds a regional title win in USYS Region One with the GU19 Royal Strikers.  Malcolm also served as a senior NYSWYSA Olympic Development Coach from 1996 through 1998.

Steve French - Director of Boys Coaching, Technical Development Director

     Coach French is currently employed as a clinical licensed social worker at Ellis B. Hyde Elementary School in Dansville, NY and is the current  Dansville Boys Varsity Soccer Coach. Prior to coming to Dansville, Coach French served as the Boys Varsity Coach for Mt. Morris High School from 2002-2007, Boys Varsity Coach for York High School from 1998-2002, Boys Modified Coach for Geneseo Central Schools from 1993-1998, Boys JV Coach for Avon High School from 1990-1993. and as an Olympic Development Program Coach for NYSWYSA from 1994-1996.

     Steve holds both the prestigious NSCAA National Diploma and National USSF "C" License as a distinguished national soccer coach.  He is first aid certified as a professional rescuer in CPR/AED, certified in NYSED High School Coaching and possesses an active lifesaving certification.  Steve is also an Eagle Scout.

Shawn Harnish - Boys U18/U17 Head Coach

        Coach Shawn attained his M.S. in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and his B.S. in Youth Development from Valley Forge Christian College. He has also been trained at Cornell University’s Advancing Youth Development and Family Development Credential. Shawn has been involved in youth development work since 1996. Shawn currently serves as the Pastor of the Dansville Foursquare Church.

         Certified in NYSED High School Coaching, Coach Harnish currently serves as the Dansville Varsity Boys Asst. Coach, Dansville Mustangs Girls Modified Basketball, and Dansville Junior League Baseball.  Shawn has developed, instituted and directed the Dansville Community After-School Programs as well as the Dansville Summer Recreation Program.  Shawn is dedicated to positive community contribution.

Anthony Tripi - Boys U16/U15 Head Coach

        Coach Tripi is also the Boys JV Coach for the Dansville High School program and works off season throughout the year head coach of this age group playing in the RDYSL.  He was standout player for Mt. Morris High School and is a skillful technical coach who combines a fine balance of discipline with sportsmanship and teamwork.  Tony holds a NYSED coach's certification.

Jeremy Adams - Boys U14/U13 Head Coach, Director of Training

        Coach Adams has been with the club since its inception and played an integral part of its creation in 2009. He is the current director of training and oversees all training development elements for the club, assisting the coaching directors and our EMS director with CPR, First Aid and other training clinics during the seasonal year.  His guidance at this age level has benefited the older age groups considerably in the past 5 years. Jeremy holds a USSF State D License.

Chris Kreiley - Boys U12/U11 Head Coach

        Coach Kreiley joined our club in 2011 as his sons became players in our program.  Although he did not have a great deal of soccer knowledge when he started out, Chris has become one of our finest technical coaches in the younger age groups.  He is meticulous and dedicated and always receives tremendous praise for his sportsmanship from other coaches and clubs wherever he takes his team.  Chris holds a USSF National E License.


Ken Burley - Boys U10/U09 Head Coach

        Ken joined our club in 2011 as an assistant coach and has worked closely with Coach Kreiley since that time with the youngest of age groups.  This year Ken takes over as head coach for what is fast becoming a solid community based feeder for the overall boys developmental program. Ken holds a USSF National E License.

Mike Kozak - U06/U08 Program Coach / Goalkeeper Coach

        Mike is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and Cornell University holding a B.S in Criminal Justice and Certification in Public Sector Labor Relations. He is the Risk Management Coordinator for NYSWYSA and is the NYSW Expressway League Administrator.  Mike is a retired Lieutenant and 21-year veteran of the Rochester Police Department, who currently consults in a variety of public safety arenas. Coach Mike is a life long soccer player, playing since the age of 5. His soccer background includes playing for and learning from current MLS LA Galaxy Coach, former Rochester Lancer and 2002 U.S National World Cup Men's Coach Dave Sarachan.

Coach Kozak has been coaching soccer since 1994 at both the youth and adult level, originally establishing and coaching the Rochester Police Locust Club Men's Team. He has actively coached youth soccer since 2003 and coordinates the U6 & U8 soccer development program under ALS Premier Soccer. He holds a USSF National D Soccer License and NYSED Coaching Certification and is the current club president for FC Dansville.

Hector Camacho - Director of EMS & First Aid

          Hector is the club's subject matter expert in the field of emergency medical services.  He is NYS Certified EMT III and Advanced Life Support Technician, Flight Paramedic for New York LifeNet and the Training Director for the Greece Volunteer Ambulance Service.  He coordinates CPR and First Training for all FC Dansville staff and consults with the training director on promoting sound health and welfare for our young players.

John Skillings - President, NYSWYSA Expressway League Commission

       Dr. John Skillings is a Board Certified General & Vascular Surgeon and a senior staff member at Nicholas Noyes Hospital in Dansville, NY.  He is long time resident of Dansville, NY and a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Skilling  served 8 years as the Dansville Boys Varsity Soccer Coach beginning in 2004 and has played an integral part in creating the roots of developmental travel soccer in the Dansville Community over the past decade.  He is the current FC Dansville Past President and the current president of the NYSWYSA Expressway League.

        John grew up in Maine and served as President of the Maine Soccer Association as well as Director of the Maine Olympic Development Program.  Upon moving to New York,  He served as an NYSWYSA ODP Coach from 1998-1999.  Dr. Skillings holds both the prestigious NSCAA National Diploma and National USSF "C" License as a distinguished national soccer coach.
